I am trying to create a website and am looking at all the different website builders. Everyone says hostmonster is great but does it have a website builder built into its subscription? If not, how would i create a website on it?

Try Front page by microsoft or dreamweaver from macromedia. if you have limewire you have those programs ; p . Best thing to do as a beginner is go to a web page you like and right click then click view source. The code will popup and you will see how its built then use this design to make your own if you use hostmonster, dreamweaver, and front page. A free a nd legal HTML program is arachniphobia and its actually pretty good for free.
